Incoloy 800 plate is made of a nickel-chromium-iron alloy with excellent corrosion resistance and high-temperature strength. This alloy has good oxidation resistance in high-temperature environments and also exhibits good toughness in low-temperature environments. Therefore, it is widely used in various industrial fields, including chemical processing, oil and gas, power and automobile manufacturing, etc.
The types and contents of chemical elements in 254SMO stainless steel have been precisely proportioned and optimized, giving it excellent corrosion resistance, high temperature strength and processing performance. Therefore, it has been widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, marine engineering and other fields
309/309S Stainless Steel Plate
309 stainless steel is a stainless steel material with excellent corrosion resistance and high temperature performance. It is widely used in aviation, chemical industry, petroleum, food and other fields
Stainless steels are high-alloy steels which have high corrosion resistance compared to other steels due to the presence of large amounts of chromium. Based on their crystalline structure, they are divided into three types such as ferritic, austenitic, and martensitic steels. Another group of stainless steels are precipitation-hardened steels. They are a combination of martensitic and austenitic steels. Grade 440C stainless steel is a high carbon martensitic stainless steel. It has high strength, moderate corrosion resistance, and good hardness and wear resistance. Grade 440C is capable of attaining, after heat treatment, the highest strength, hardness and wear resistance of all the stainless alloys. Its very high carbon content is responsible for these characteristics, which make 440C particularly suited to such applications as ball bearings and valve parts.
Grade 430 is a ferritic, straight chromium, non-hardenable grade, combining good corrosion resistance and formability characteristics with useful mechanical properties. Its ability to resist nitric acid attack permits its use in specific chemical applications but automotive trim and appliance components represents its largest fields of application.
321 stainless is a titanium stabilized grade commonly used for service in the 1000-1600°F temperature range. For service temperatures up to about 1600°F, a stabilizing treatment at 1550-1650°F, air cool, may be used to provide optimum resistance to intergranular corrosion and to polythionic acid stress corrosion cracking.
2036 aluminum this is an early application of a kind of hard aluminum, commonly known as standard hard aluminum, with moderate strength, annealing, quenching and hot state plasticity is good, heat treatment can be strengthened, quenching and natural aging state in use, spot welding weldability is good.
2036 aluminum alloy features: high strength, a certain heat resistance, can be used for working parts below 150℃.
The strength of 2036 alloy is higher than that of 7075 alloy.

1100 aluminum alloy is 99.0% ordinary industrial pure aluminum.
Heat treatment can not be strengthened; Low strength, but good ductility, formability, weldability and corrosion resistance;
After anodic oxidation, the corrosion resistance can be further improved and a beautiful surface can be obtained.
